Meet The Maker

Well hello and thank you for stopping by my shop! My name is Katie and I’m the creator behind Wild Yarrow Design. I am a jewelry maker, artist, wife, and a mother of three. I live in the Sacramento area with my family and our four pets. 

For me creating has always been an outlet of self expression and joy. I find one of the greatest gifts of the human experience is the ability to take materials and create something unique and beautiful. I’ve been a painter for many years, but during the pandemic I found myself overwhelmed and craving another creative outlet. What started as a fun hobby for stress relief quickly turned into a love of jewelry making, and a desire to share my handmade goods with others. I love the personal connection I feel with a maker when I receive their handcrafted item. I hope to share that feeling with you when you wear a piece of my jewelry.
