Refunds & Shipping

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:

I am not currently accepting returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or broken due to my personal error or was damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item with details of the product's defect for a refund or a replacement item. I will cover the return shipping, and once I receive the returned item I will ship the replacement item or issue a full refund as requested. 

 

SHIPPING:

Orders will be shipped 5-7 business days of receiving your order.  All orders include tracking and if under 13 oz, automatically ship USPS First Class unless you choose to upgrade at checkout.

Domestic orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days from shipment date, but given the fact that the USPS continues to experience delays, it may occasionally take longer for delivery. International orders may take 7-20 business days, or sometimes longer.

Please contact USPS directly if you have any questions once an order is in transit. Once an item is out of my hands, I am not responsible for any delays in delivery and/or lost or stolen items, however, if there is a specific issue I may be able to help you with I will try my best.
